• We currently ship across all over India.
  

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1,999.

• A flat shipping fee of ₹199 is charged for orders below ₹1,999.

3. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

• Made-to-order or custom pieces may take longer. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp if there’s a delay.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days

• Other locations: 5–8 business days

• Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

5. Courier Partners

We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and others depending on your location.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/email. You can also track it from your order status page.
