Cancellation and Replacement

At Desi Hunar, each handmade tribal art piece is crafted with care and tradition. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, replacements, and refunds before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at [your email/contact].

  • After 2 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted as the order may already be in processing or production.

  • Once an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any transaction or payment gateway fees (if applicable).

2. Replacement Policy

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

  • Replacement will be offered only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Clear opening parcel video from start to end is needed to claim for any kind of replacement.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 12 Hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Shipping charges for returning defective or damaged items and for sending replacements will be borne by Desi Hunar.

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Replacement Items

  • Customized or personalized products are eligible for replacement only in cases of manufacturing defects.
